Upon booking a repair online, one of our technical representatives will contact you to arrange a suitable time, to come to you, inspect and repair your faulty appliance.

Please note that we need to inspect your faulty appliance thoroughly, to establish the exact fault so that we can provide you with a best possible quotation for the repair/service of your appliance.

Should you only require a fault diagnosis and quotation, and do not wish to proceed with the repair or service of your appliance, an inspection fee of R 500 will be applicable to cover the technicians’ time and travel.
